Was the attorney for the unsolved Polzin murder legitimate?

I am referring to David A. Silva, atty who was the estate attorney for William Polzin, murdered.




David A. Silva is the same attorney who conspired with Wilbert G. Swieso in fraudulent legal documents for my family's properties located across the street from the "unsolved" Polzin murder - documents appointing Swieso, "Successor Trustee" despite an IRREVOCABLE TRUST! An estate attorney and estate planner (in business 45 yrs) did not know the definition of IRREVOCABLE TRUST?!?




As I have said all along, Swieso was setting me up for my final departure as he and his group intended on taking our properties by fraud in order to continue what took place on the Polzin property (and down the entire street and throughout the entire city - and beyond!)

The trail leads to the neighbor directly to the east of my family's properties - also targeted and lied to by the city risk analyst, my neighbor was never seen again. I saw Swieso forge the wife's name on an insurance application citing his motto: "You can't live for the dead."




David A. Silva also represented the mother of another deceased man across the street - also linked to Swieso's operation. (Much more linked to this one.)



ALL THESE PROPERTIES (AND MORE) WERE REBUILT ON TOP OF THE CITY OF FRESNO'S SECRETLY REPLACED WATER SYSTEM, which the City of Fresno denies.





In fact, the city denies their own street widening, relocation of fire hydrants, street lights, utility poles, etc. They had public records altered to make it appear that nothing took place.

Here is evidence showing EXACTLY what took place - the City's own UNALTERED sewer layout. This is why they intended on eliminating me as well - witnesses are not left behind. This is why the City of Fresno committed perjury, followed by death threats and sexual harassment against me - they finally got caught!














WHO WAS DAVID A. SILVA - upon being caught and reported to CA BAR Association - he fled, never to be seen again.

Mr. Silva had an office next door to Swieso - they shared various "clients." Mr. Silva's office was bare - no sign of being an attorney. He nor his secretary were notaries - they did not even know there was one 4 doors down the hallway! Odd, since he also claimed he used to work down the hallway with another group of attorneys. (I later contacted that office - they never heard of Mr. Silva.) Mr. Silva seemed to be owned and operated by Mr. Swieso. WHERE DID DAVID A. SILVA COME FROM.

After losing our properties and narrowly escaping Swieso and his mob, I began to research Mr. Silva. I recalled him mentioning he had a disabled child - he also said he was once employed by the FBI - would that mean FARM BUREAU, INTERNATIONAL?!?

NOTHING HAD EVER BEEN LOOKED INTO. AS YOU CAN SEE, WHILE CA STATE BAR ASSN WAS JUSTIFYING THE FRAUD/CORRUPTION I REPORTED, MR. SILVA WAS SECRETLY CLOSING HIS OFFICE.







My complaint was never looked into. Only after Silva abandoned his clients was he disbarred.

I contacted one of his clients listed in the disciplinary papers - she was devastated. Suddenly, she refused to speak to me. With my phones tapped (verified with $350 Tele-Tap) and computer hacked, I wonder if Swieso stepped in and reimbursed her so she would not pursue what took place?

William Polzin's mother passed away 4 yrs ago. The "estate people" were linked to Swieso and my "planted" neighbors. What better way to destroy old records and photographs so there would be no evidence left behind - exactly as done to my family.

Against all odds, I got away from these people before they finished me off - only to be faced with the next nightmare. Alan Autry had his risk analysts (including the one who lied and set my family and neighbor up for annihilation) commit perjury to call me a "liar" about the atrocities that took place behind secret replacement of the water system. Suspected homicides; attempted murder; properties taken by fraud in order to secretly rebuild them without permits or inspections; resold by more fraud on deeds reflecting revised property lines. Robbed, poisoned, raped, filmed with hidden cameras, pets killed, more. Reports were / are not allowed. There is no help or justice for targeted victims - dead of alive. All of these people are free to continue the horrors. I am the "living dead."

Or is it run by the funds from murder and real estate theft being covered up. Is that why Mayor Alan Autry had his risk analysts commit perjury after setting my family and neighbors up for elimination to pull this off.

The atrocities are tied directly into his so-called "infrastructure upgrade" and "new sidewalks." Specifically, the ones below, which the City then altered records to cover up! They now deny widening these streets, which entailed massive damages, reconstruction and altered property lines. Property owners were eliminated to avoid witnesses and/or complaints.

Issuing a Restraining Order against me was to prohibit reports, while turning the tables and making ME appear the criminal. Followed by death threats if I do not stop exposing this barbaric operation behind secret replacement of the water system.



Spreading MRSA, staph, hepatitis, cellulitis, sewage pollution (asthma, respiratory, heart disease.) Sick-building syndrome from structures being rebuilt without permits or inspections, on top of clamped sewer and water lines. Talk of "selling" babies of murdered victims as this continues. Where is the line drawn?

This went on for YEARS - excruciating.




These RXs represent only a PORTION of 1 yr as the City of Fresno was secretly replacing sewer and water lines; using an unlicensed, unauthorized group to alter the lines on MY property! Behind my back, without my knowledge or consent.

Cellulitis, ongoing illness, respiratory. (Cellulities / staph / mrsa is linked to raw sewage and life threatening.)










In addition to the massive destruction / reconstruction of my property without authorization, permits or inspections, these are my "new" sewer and water lines - imagine the nasty, filthy water that comes from this corroded trash. Or how much longer before they break.







My handicapped uncle's hospitalizations coincided with the sewage back spills - his death coincided with the City of Fresno's so-called "infrastructure upgrade." Suspected homicide so the ringleader could have the legal documents to our properties illegally altered, appointing himself in charge of the 2 estate properties that were taken by fraud as this continued.







My next-door neighbor's foot became so infected, it was amputated. Additionally, he contracted hepatitis after repeated exposure of raw sewage, which the risk analyst was lying about. Dead age 50. Risk analyst's response: "Not my problem."

I have the names of those behind the relocation / reconnection of the utility pole - they tried to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect. They did it, resulting in an additional $900+/- on my bill that month. Utility poles must be relocated to ccommodate the replacement of sewer and water lines, which the city denies. Same names linked throughout all of this as wellas more forgeries and more suspected homicides. Mayor Alan Autry had his senior risk analyst issue a R.O. against me to call me a "liar."

The facts behind William Wyatt Polzin's unsolved murder are beneath the tree planter in front of the home where he was shot/killed. City of Fresno, CA is behind this - that is why the office of (DAmail@co.fresno.ca.us) Elizabeth Egan, Fresno District Atty will not acknowledge the information. They offer a reward for information to make it appear they are concerned, then refuse to accept it! 1 of 3:

Mr. Polzin was killed so his property could be torn apart for the secret altering of sewer and water lines. 50 yrs of alterations to all the other structures on the block were finally connected and tied into the main line, in front of Bill's property. His property was then reconstructed; street widened; fire hydrant, street lights, utility poles relocated; altered property lines. Parcel maps and aerial views were altered to cover up the evidence of ALL OF THIS! I know, because my family and our properties located 100' to the east were targeted next; suspected homicide of my family members, Swieso's fraudulent legal documents and the City's altered property lines. Neighbor next door to us was also targeted - set up by the City's risk analyst for elimination. More suspected homicide in order to tear the property apart as city sewer and water lines were replaced. Street widened; altered property lines; forged deed. Those same "planted" neighbors who claimed no knowledge of what was done to the Polzin property, then moved around the corner and repeated the process. The City of Fresno uses these "credible witnesses" and altered records to deny all of this.

By the way, the attorney for Polzin's estate was Swieso's associate, David A. Silva.

Mr Silva was the same attorney who, after verifying that ties to my siblings had been severed, prepared the fraudulent legal documents for my family's properties appointing Swieso (estate planner) in charge, despite an Irrevocable Trust. Deed reversing fraud:

Upon reporting Mr. Silva to CA State Bar Assn, being told that the fraud was "an accident - no harm done", Mr. Silva was secretly packing up his office. He fled, never to be seen again. Only after destroying the lives of more clients was he finally disbarred.

With so many people lying, and altered records to cover up the evidence, Kerry Trost, Senior Risk Manager for the City of Fresno smirked, "You will never prove it" as he issued a Restraining Order against me. Turning the tables and making ME appear the criminal.

Psssst ..... he missed the one important piece of evidence; the City's own sewer layout, which verifies everything I reported.

Trost and/or his group's death threats are still not enough to change the truth. Regardless of desperately attempting to alter more documents to make ME appear wrong, hacking my computer to alter contents on my hard drive, a stalker carrying on that I murdered my own family members and made all of this up, death threats to stop me from exposing this, the truth remains beneath the tree planters. This is why Bill Polzin's murder will remain "unsolved."

Swieso claims to be the mastermind, saying this is the continuation of Bonadelle's "secret water operation." WATER DIVERSION! Bonadelle - found guilty in the mid 90s of conspiring with the City of Fresno in development fraud.

A 50+/- yr cover-up has been discovered here in Fresno, CA. Our entire city has been turned inside out in order to secretly replace/alter the water system (diversion) for upcoming development ELSEWHERE. Fresno Pedestrians in Peril: "Sidewalks Must Be Accessible, Says 9th Circuit"

Below are a couple of articles found online - there are countless others pertaining to laws and civil rights regarding obstructions on sidewalks. Beneath these articles are photographs of various sidewalks in Fresno, CA. What makes this so incredible is that our streets and sidewalks did not used to look like this. Placement of these obstructions is in conjunction with a massive cover-up that has turned the city inside out - secret altering of the city water system. It continues, as the operation continues! The people behind this, including those who are altering and reconnecting the utility poles/wires/cables are not authorized to do so - many are not even licensed. (I have names.) Therefore, instead of permits and inspections, records are altered to make it appear that things were always this way. PG&E office personnel are looking at altered records - that is all they have to go by, which is why there is no help. Citywide compliance issues pertaining to overhead and underground utilities are not being dealt with - endangering every resident in the city.

Upon being caught, Public Works (who conspires with the fake work crew behind this) had a Restraining Order issued against me for reporting this barbaric operation - including the heinous crimes being committed to innocent residents in order to carry all of this out. Efforts are now being put into stopping me from exposing this - from death threats to threatening me with being locked up as "crazy." They are wide enough to comfortably accommodate at least two adults walking side by side, and are clear of obstructions both horizontally and vertically; this includes overgrowth, parked vehicles, and garbage or recycle containers.

Problems/obstructions on existing sidewalks
- A variety of problems may make walking on the sidewalks in your neighborhood difficult, if not impossible. These include:
- Sidewalks are buckled, lifted, or cracked due to tree roots or other causes
- Sidewalks are blocked due to the placement of utility poles, sign posts, pot holes, fire hydrants, bus benches, newspaper racks, snow, parked cars, or other obstructions

- Sidewalks lack curb ramps at street corners, crosswalks, and driveways
- The driveway side-slopes are steep and hard to cross

This clear width minimum is the minimum width for passage and not a sidewalk width recommendation. Cities join Sacramento to take sidewalk access fight to Supreme Court
SACRAMENTO, Nov. 1, 2002 -- The city of Sacramento, Calif. will petition the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a case it lost in June, when the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that it was required under the Americans with Disabilities Act to ensure its sidewalks were passable and usable by people in wheelchairs (see "Sidewalks Must Be Accessible, Says 9th Circuit"). The city has asked other cities to join it as "friends of the court" to "overturn the Ninth Circuit."

In the past, I contacted Caltrans about one of their volunteers for "Adopt-a-Highway." I am referring to the same gentleman described above, who happens to be a former employee of the City of Fresno - behind altering / reconnecting of underground and overhead utilities. He insisted that the portion of the highway assigned to him be located next to the city's heavy equipment. At the same time, he bought vacant lots from the City - located close to the construction. He and his fake work crew spent weekends excavating and according to him, "making connections" that no one would ever find out about. He then re-sold these properties and resigned from Adopt-A-Highway. He took me on a tour of these lots - proud as could be of what he had accomplished without anyone ever suspecting anything. (There were more vacant lots than the ones he purchased, including the one next to Manchester Shopping Center, where he put up a flag.) Caltrans merely responded, "He resigned." Once again - no help or interest.

How Fresno's Secret Service Handled VERIFIED Forgeries

I presented copies of VERIFIED forgeries to Jason, at the Fresno, CA Secret Service office. He said he would need the original copies of my information before an investigation could begin. I returned the following day with the original copies. Among the paperwork, this is a copy of the letter from the licensed handwriting expert regarding the deeds I presented to Jason:

Not wanting to be a pest, I waited 2+ months before contacting Jason for an update. He then demanded, "This did not happen! Do you understand me - you are 'crazy' and need to be admitted to the county hospital!" I would not have contacted him again had I not been in fear for my life - the people behind this nightmare had tried to kill me and I needed help! The panic in my voice only served to set Jason off on another tirade, "You sound crazy!" And what did he sound like.


Unable to get help from any of the local agencies, I was so desperate I reported this to the Better Business Bureau! If nothing else, I was hoping for a response from Mr. Winslow regarding the forged documents of his former wife who has not been seen in years. After all, Mr. Winslow not only told me he had to "get rid of her" due to her "crazy and psychotic" behavior, he had the audacity to tell me he intended on taking my family's properties over with me scheduled to meet his former wife and the others, "IN ANOTHER WORLD!"  Mr. Winslow's associate had already conspired in having fraudulent legal documents for my family's properties prepared - exactly as I was reporting!

Friends, this is a classic example of how Mr. Winslow and his entourage have been carrying out one of the biggest and most corrupt operations in the history of CA (described in earlier blogs.) INSTRUCTIONS: If you can make your victim appear guilty of *whatever* and crazy as hell (via chemicals and hidden cameras and recorders), the so-called "experts" will assist you in getting by with whatever you want. They will NEVER look into YOUR background / trail - with the focus kept on the "crazy" person, they will help you carry out even more.
