Tower Dist - Atrocities behind City of Fresno Water Scam

Before even reading this - look at this article from 1991 - as the City was still in the midst of widening Olive Ave.!!!  Right under everyone's noses (see pic below.)  This is behind a string of murders and illegal takeovers - INCLUDING ROLF!  That is why reports / evidence were / are prohibited - even the Mayor (Alan Autry) behind perjury and having me threatened for exposing this!  Rolf's murder ties into countless others annihilated behind the water scam.



OLIVE AVE. IS NO LONGER A TIGHT, 2-LANE STREET.  Widened 1 block at a time over the course of several decades.  Records / historic aerial views altered to match / show the new property lines as well as making it appear Olive Ave. was always this wide.



Fresno's Historic Tower District property owners (nor most residents) would not have allowed the area to be torn apart in order to widen Olive Ave.   Quaint area, one-of-a-kind amenities, structures built to last forever.  Olive Ave. was a tight, one-way street.  It would be virtually impossible to widen the street without major reconstruction of all the street-lined properties.

The water scam began later - early 60s - every structure on every block to be rebuilt on top of the secretly-replaced underground utilities.  Fulton Mall was one of the first major areas completely torn up under the guise of "remodeling."

Tower District was right behind.  As the area was being secretly taken over, properties rebuilt, the street was being widened 1 block at a time.

Tree pulling, street widening, relocation of storm drains, street lights, utility poles, as entire city(s) rebuilt on top of the new water system.  Parcel by parcel, block-by-clock, areas "planted" with participants - after each parcel completed, title companies altering the deeds and plot maps to match the new layouts.



What you see in the above diagram has been going on for 60+ yrs.  Commercial and residential areas.  City and public properties. Replacing / relocating / re-directing the underground utilities.  Per Wilbert G. Swieso, self-proclaimed co-creator with 60+/- yrs into this, it is the Bonadelle / City of Fresno's "secret water operation."


Since the City is not allowed to alter private properties, participants are "planted" to participate.  The City has records and aerial views altered to match the new layouts - participants are used as "witnesses" that nothing happened.  The more properties turned over, the more reward$.  The City does not care how the properties are cleared - all reports of accompanying crimes i.e., poisoning, burglary, utility theft (overhead / underground), real estate theft, killing, talk of baby-selling are prohibited.

This Note focuses on Olive Ave., since what you read above is behind the deaths/murders of my family and neighbors as well as attempted murder of me - the City of Fresno's participation and ensuing perjury, Restraining Order against me, sexual harassment and threatening me if I ever contacted or pled for help again.

The first attempt to have us eliminated from our properties was in the early 60s.  Prominent City official targeted my parents - while victimizing my mother, my father ended up hospitalized due to alleged poisoning.

My grandmother was next on the menu - facts liked to some of my reports that were kicked aside.

Chemicals kept us oblivious (and worse) to what was taking place on our own properties - all in preparation for what was coming.  Annihilation and illegal takeovers.

My family was being eliminated 1 x 1.  Once the first 3 were out of the way (facts not allowed). the City zeroed in on Rolf and me.  Deluging our properties in sewage while lying about the cause - claiming it was the result of "negligence in sewer maintenance" - when in fact our properties were being torn apart, rebuilt, on top of more secretly replaced underground utilities; relocated and cross-connected for an upcoming fire.  We were located in the middle of all the other fires - targeted as far back as the 60s.

A portion of damages the City of Fresno paid for.  Sewage continued being discharged, far more than the 3 events on record.

As if the City of Fresno does not know the dangers of sewage?  Not only discharging it while lying about the cause - watching the ensuing infections, amputations, and deaths - even refusing to test the soil as this continued.  Same method / technique I saw while employed by Wilbert Swieso who was then seen forging and altering the dead victims' papers while smirking, "You can't live for the dead" - exactly as he did with Rolf.  "No one will ever figure it out" he often boasted.  Including me, until it was too late.

After the first risk analyst (Rose Miranda) was caught lying about the sewage and reconstruction, Senior risk analyst Kerry Trost stepped into the picture - I showed him the property line had been moved 8' when Olive Ave. was widened; the sewer vent went from 2' to 10' from the fence - along with the water meter in the alley.  Sewer manholes were moved.  He yelled at me, "That is YOUR problem, it is YOUR property!"  I explained I do not
own the alley nor maintain the city water system, let alone IN THE ALLEY!  The evidence verified exactly what took place - so he slammed the phone on me.

Kerry Trost not only accompanied the first risk analyst to call ME a "liar" about what took place, he smirked, "You will never prove it." It was when I presented a copy of the unaltered sewer layout, the death threats ensued.




 
CITY OF FRESNO NOT ONLY CONTINUES TO DENY OLIVE AVE. WAS WIDENED - A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR COVER UP ENSUED TO RECTIFY THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES IN THE ENTIRE AREA - ALL RECORDS UPDATED TO MAKE IT APPEAR THAT NOTHING EVER TOOK PLACE.  Throughout the years, books / directories / maps reprinted.  Online archives blacked out.  The City uses the altered records to continue the lies.  As Wilbert Swieso laughs, "The public believes whatever they are told." The truth would expose nothing less than a free-for-all burglary, murder, property theft operation.  The dead do not expose them.

The years of chemicals not only kept my family and I oblivious to the area being burned down, torn apart and rebuilt (done very slowly so it did not call attention) – we had no idea we were on the path and would end up as so many others did.  In addition to Rolf’s murder, it was my behavior while poisoned that was used to sever ties and justify having me robbed, raped, catheterized while incapacitated during reconstruction on top of cross-connected underground utilities with plans of massive fire- then called a “liar” that anything took place, and thrown out like garbage in order for this
group to take control of our properties.  Fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent life ins policy on me, told I would meet the others “in another world.”  No one would ever know the truth.  Or how the evidence ties into what was done to my earlier family members as well.

BEWARE of ELECTRIC, GAS, WATER UTILITY THEFT!!!

  It was the 1980s.  Suddenly, without explanation, the electric rates SKYROCKETED!  No matter what my parents did to reduce the rates, nothing helped.   They shut down the well-known neon signs on their business (front portion of the home was zoned commercial – they also owned the commercial building next door, Olive Ave.)  They shut off the air conditioners and used fans, sweltering in a home that sometimes reached temperatures in excess of 100 degrees in summer.  PG&E was called out time and again to check the meters (there were separate meters on the property) – each time told there was nothing wrong.

Same thing was happening to me – in the house my parents also owned next door to theirs.  Whether I shut everything off while at work, or whether I left the central air set at 80-90 degrees while gone – my electric rates were exorbitant.  PG&E told me the same thing – there was nothing wrong with my meter either.
  PG&E trucks were often seen in the alley behind my parents’ properties – they were also seen parked across the street.  On several occasions I asked them about the overhead wires that appeared out of place.  Such as all the wires going from my parents’ properties connecting to the Laundromat (shown in this pic) next door.  And all those wires going from this utility pole behind my house, all the way across the residential street to the utility pole in that alley!  Each time I was assured nothing was out of place – nothing wrong – everything was hooked up / connected as it should be.  In the condition my parents and I were being kept in, as our properties were being altered and set up for what was coming, or the neighbors "planted" to participate, we were helpless to what was taking place.

In fact I was so far gone due to the ongoing chemicals being administered without my knowledge as the water scam continued, I could not understand why I was always hearing water running through MY lines when the next-door neighbor was getting ready for work (2 a.m.) or when she returned.  How was this possible?  And why did these next-door neighbors insist on parking a broken-down car against the wall of my house?  It blocked me from seeing the water spigot that had been added to that side of my home without my knowledge.

After my parents passed away, instead of selling the 2 properties next door, I did what I could to save them – renting them out to generate income in order to care for Rolf.  My plan was to keep everything together so that after my care providing duties with Rolf were over, everything would be split with my siblings – as intended.  Unfortunately, behind my back, my siblings had already been recruited by this group – big plans were underway, which did not include me.  That explains the ongoing hell with each tenant – theft, tearing the properties apart, fraudulent lawsuits against me, the harder I tried the worse things became.  In addition to money being poured into repairs, as well as more money needed for Rolf’s escalating health problems, which began after the sewage spills (which the risk analyst was lying about – leaving Rolf dead) I mortgaged my home in an attempt to keep up.  Nonetheless, with my behavior while being poisoned in addition to all those fraudulent lawsuits on file, regardless they never won – it is me who could not look worse.  With those behind the horrors being hailed as the “honest and credible” ones.

The chemicals continued – I was oblivious to what was being done right under my own nose.  At the same time one of the neighbors across the street derived great pleasure in telling me of their low electric rates.  How could mine be up to 4 x higher than his?  And why did he and his roommate seem so obsessed with living near my family and me?  Relocating / transferring within 3 different homes directly across the street, intertwining with others involved in the horrors, lying about what took place.  At one point my electric bill reached over $900 – I was unknowingly paying for all the equipment behind major reconstruction while at work (employed by Wilbert G. Swieso, at the core of hell.  Including the relocation of the utility pole described above – after all of the lines and cables mysteriously fell to the ground with Wilbert Swieso trying to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect.  Upon mentioning PG&E, he and his thugs (including the tenant, Dianna's Dancing involvement. PG&E told me to pay the bill or I would be CUT OFF!

It was when my neighbors across the residential street had company for 2 weeks, staying in a huge motorhome hooked up to that house, MY electric bill reached $550+/-!!!!  I immediately contacted PG&E.  Kept so closely monitored and sabotaged, all those wires that had been there for so long, vanished!  PG&E then told me without evidence, no help.  I then went downtown to speak with someone about the situation.  Upon providing the woman with the address of this house across the street in order to verify electric theft, her mouth dropped.  She looked at me and said, “I am so sorry.”  Sorry because she could not help me – she said these people were protected by “Disclosure Laws.”  She further told me PG&E could not help because nothing was stolen from THEM, it was stolen from their customer, which left them protected.

Regardless my rates had dropped so drastically, there was still an ongoing issue as to why my electric meter would sometimes run so fast when nothing was turned on.  And why did it continue to run when I shut off the main switch!?! Again, PG&E told me there was nothing wrong with the meter.  It went on for years.  Until that day when the employee saw it with his own eyes – nothing was on other than a refrigerator and laptop yet the meter was running sporadic and crazy for no reason.  He took the time to help me track all the switches on the meter panel.

To begin with, the switches occupy 2 panels.  One panel was “dead” or so it used to be – so I never touched that panel.  Secondly, the shut-off switch on the right panel no longer exists, it had been removed.  Thirdly, some of the switches from the right side had been transferred to the left side so when I shut everything off on the right side, the left was still turned on.  So what was connected on the left panel?


There was new cement everywhere as a result of the water scam – all the reconstruction and altering – that included all utilities – gas, water, electric.  My electric hot water tank had “allegedly” been tied into the same house where the water theft had gone on for all those decades.  I turned it off and immediately, my rates went down again – followed by more new cement.  And an escalation in my gas rates!

By this point my central heating and air conditioning unit had been destroyed – the only thing left that ran on gas was my hot water tank in the basement.  Not only had the tank been switched, piping had been altered; more new cement.  I was paying for the next-door neighbors 10 people by that point, as the torch had been passed to the nephew etal) to do their dishes, laundry, bathing?  At the same time more alterations to my home continued – including the basement where the lock was switched so I could not enter.  After sawing the lock off, seeing the major alterations to the area (including the wall cut back), I shut that hot water tank off as well. Once these neighbors moved out I asked the next group if I could see the hot water tank in that house – there was no hot water tank on the property.

As you can see, my parents and I had been ambushed from all sides.  As long as the chemicals continued, we were incapable of solving what was right under our noses.

The new owner of my family’s properties next door (taken by fraud) is not only linked to Wilbert Swieso (who is linked to the next-door neighbors mentioned above) but the Laundromat as well.  Where the same risk analyst who set up Rolf and neighbor next-door to the north for elimination, also set up the owner of the Laundromat prior to his “alleged” disappearance – followed by Wilbert Swieso forging the wife’s name on an insurance application citing his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.”  (JCW, also linked - Wilbert's accomplice.)

My point?  I was informed that the owner’s tenant on the corner, where my parents lived, was complaining bout the PG&E rates being so high.  How could that be if no one was even there much of the time?!?  PG&E told him nothing was wrong – the previous occupants paid approximately the same amount. What a coincidence – the new owner has the electric wires cross-connected into his appliance store next door, running / testing washers and dryers all day, everyday.  Would that usage be similar to what the Laundromat was using back in the 80s – up to when the owner vanished?   The dead do not expose this – nor the names that intertwine as it continues.
Decades of utility theft.  As grateful as I am to now open a utility bill showing usage of under $30, tears flow as my heart still breaks while remembering what my parents went through.  Not only this, but so much more – the truth continues being buried deeper and deeper.

Just recently, more nearby digging and tree removal.  I asked if this was being done in order to alter more water lines – of course I was told no.  Then I noticed my water pressure had improved.  More odd is that regardless I used double the amount of water last month (planting a garden), my bill was reduced. I suspect my water line on that side was finally disconnected.

So many people complain about the Smart Meters overcharging – becoming more upset when told there is nothing wrong with the meters.  Maybe it is not the meter.  Utility theft has never been easier – and look who is protected.  So keep in mind that not only do these Smart Meters make it easy to track and identify electric theft, we can now monitor DAILY usage by looking at our accounts online!  If someone is using their neighbor’s gas or electric while no one is home, it is now so easy to spot.

I sent an email to the City of Fresno asking if we could monitor our water usage in this manner.  After all, many people have complained about underground lines cross-connecting, main shut-off valves removed (as one of mine were) leaving no control.  With water rates escalating so high, with talk of another increase in the near future, this is something that needs to be addressed. Because picking up the lids to the City meters in order to read the numbers, is not only difficult for some of us, but nasty and filthy.

FRESNO, CA VIGILANTES! Behind Gruesome Annihilation / Takeovers

The vigilante group in Fresno, CA is using chemicals on victims – whether to incapacitate or turn them into targets for rape, burglary, illegal takeover of properties.  In my case, in addition to the murders of my family members, continuing the chemicals while using hidden cameras as “proof” they have captured the guilty.  Recording me, splicing, networking /altering contents on my hard drive then distributing stacks of it – framing me for crimes I did not commit.  Yet with my behavior while being poisoned was intertwined with what this group provided as “evidence” – I could not look worse. That, of course, is why it was all done behind my back – leaving no chance to defend or protect myself, or the truth being exposed, such as how this mob was setting me up for the upcoming takeover.     

What was done to my family and me, which began back in the 60s as our properties were being altered without out knowledge (same time my parents were being victimized by prominent City official – my father left hospitalized after alleged poisoning by this man) was ruthless.  As the operation continued – the area was being planted with participants as the hell continued.  (That is what the current multi-million dollar cover-up is about – what took place here ties into everything I have been posting.  Never did these people expect me to still be alive after repeated attempts to kill me – least of all expose what they are running.)

Fresno Vigilantes – getting by with raping, VIN altering, talk of child-selling, child sex / dismemberment of the older ones.  They are protected from being reported or held accountable for their acts – after all, they are the “honest and credible” people our officials protect.  Because they also used as witnesses that nothing took place - as our officials participate in the atrocities!!!

Legal fraud, insurance fraud, estate planning fraud.  Fraudulent accountant/s.  Death upon death as targeted properties taken over to carry out water scam – then re-sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers.  Participants rewarded – vehicles, money, even housing!  Watch the trail – see how many of the participants (in addition to their victims) are then left dead so nothing links back to the vigilantes at the core of this operation.

Larry Gibson Painting – he takes credit for this?!?  Of course he does.  His victim had been set up for elimination - the dead do not expose him.  How did he manage to paint the side of my house?  Not to mention there are no previous layers of paint!  And the carport cut back and moved over so far the windows will no longer open!  Which Larry claims did not take place.  I was so far gone when I hired him to paint my house I allowed HIM to choose the colors.  How convenient he would chose white & gray for what was taking place.

A nightmare that began in the 60s – one group of participants replaced with the next group as the torch continued being passed.  Toward the end, those at the core were dancing in celebration, cheering while telling me they would soon own these properties as well as the neighbors’ properties.  JCW told me about the insurance claim that would pay for the reconstruction of a restaurant being planned, with me scheduled to meet the others, "In another world."   The underground and overhead utilities had been cross-connected (explaining the decades of utility theft as well.)  A major fire was being planned - as done throughout the area over the decades as the water scam / path was being cleared down Olive Ave.  With my family and me eliminated, and these people rewarded for their participation, the truth would never be known.       

Unfortunately for our officials, I lived long enough to expose what had taken place as well as the evidence – not only did that result in retaliation and being treated as the criminal, the multi-million dollar cover-up of these properties and surrounding area ensued.  More altered records and denial of all.  Because what took place here verifies everything I have been saying all along.  Not only the decades of annihilation / takeovers, the methods or participants - the secret water scam which Wilbert Swieso indicated Bonadelle / City of Fresno began back in the late 50s.  As for the cover-up of evidence - it is still here for anyone who is interested or capable of seeing beyond the lies, altered records and smokescreens.

Stripped of all human / civil rights, means of survival, family killed, loss of everything I owned, left alone and isolated, called a “liar” by these “honest and credible” people.  All reports prohibited so they can continue the atrocities – clearing the path behind the water scam.  I never stood a chance – nor did my family members.

How many times have I mentioned the widening of Olive Ave. – which the City of Fresno denies.  Why have so many of my earlier postings (inc photos and “historic” information / evidence) on other web sites been removed?  Including the article written in 1938 – Fresno Bee, front page – Olive had been widened.  Too much information?  Facts and descriptions that PROVE what has taken place?  Including how Rolf was eliminated to pull this off.  As well as the accomplices whose trails (and evidence) of this are ALSO being covered up!

Further verification of what I have been exposing.  Other blogs have been altered – so much information removed.  Hundreds of dollars spent on recorded documents wiped off my hard drive.  Countless photos (evidence) removed from my hard drive as well.  Once again – stripping me of a means to prove what took place here, the accompanying fraud from this mob, or even defend myself – as the City of Fresno and their participants continue claiming that Olive Ave. was not widened, our properties were not torn apart and rebuilt with trash, the property lines were not changed.  Psssst .... the evidence is still here for anyone who is capable of seeing beyond the smokescreen – beyond the lies and altered records.

Although the operation I have been describing (victims annihilated; illegal takeover of properties; entire city rebuilt on top of secretly-replaced, relocated water system) goes far beyond Olive Ave. (and far beyond Fresno), I am focusing on Olive Ave., where I lived my entire life.  The City of Fresno did not anticipate me still being alive – the ongoing effort to discredit and cover up what they did to us and our properties is incredible.  Below: Current picture of Olive Ave.

According to Mayor Alan Autry and the risk analyst who set us up for elimination, none of this took place, including widening of Olive Ave.  Further attempts to seek help resulted in a threatening letter if I contacted the City again regarding what they did to my family, our properties and me.

Prior to this, Olive was a tight, narrow 2-lane street.  No middle lane.  Lots of long-time family-owned, store-front properties lined the street – such as ours.  To widen Olive Ave. would have entailed cutting the fronts off these street-lined properties and major reconstruction, which of course the owners would have protested.  The public would have also protested.

So it was done secretly – one block at a time, beginning several decades ago.  One by one, family-owned businesses ended.  Murders remain “unsolved” (because the surrounding facts are not allowed.)  Deaths.  Fires.  Fraudulent legal documents.  As structures were being “vacated”, what better way to avoid complaints or reports of the street widening or major reconstruction than to have following occupants “planted.”  In fact to this day, they insist nothing changed – not even the widening of Olive Ave.

It was all done so slowly that it did not call attention.    Outsiders did not realize what was taking place.  By the time it was over, most of the old-timers had died.  Records had been altered to match the new layouts.  Aerial views altered.  Books and directories were reprinted with updated photos.  Maps and “vintage” photos altered.  No one connected the dots.

So you see, it was our turn to be wiped out so this could continue down Olive Ave. as well as my home behind them.  Surrounded by the participants as my family was being eliminated one by one.  The tenants on Rolf’s 2 properties (Olive Ave.) were “planted” as the destruction and fraudulent lawsuits against ME ensued.  I was poisoned, raped, repeatedly taken out of town (Swieso & Winslow), catheterized during long durations as reconstruction continued.  Kept so sick – sometimes appearing out of my mind while being exploited as “crazy” – that way no one would believe anything I said.  Nor would anyone come looking for me once I “vanished.”  Told I was going to meet the others, “in another world.”  Fraudulent legal documents.  Fraudulent insurance policy on me.

With the risk analyst continuing to lie and the ongoing destruction of Rolf’s 2 properties on Olive, I mortgaged my home to continue paying the ongoing destruction as well as Rolf’s medical bills – never realizing what was taking place.  Insurance fraud (Swieso / DiBuduo & DeFendis Ins.) – cancellation of property insurance on Rolf’s properties as the “planted” tenant was preparing to sue and own all.  Realtor fraud – cheated in excess of $1 million.  Attorney fraud.  I was being ambushed from every direction – once Rolf died they came after my home, also robbed and torn apart, left a horrific shambles.

The City of Fresno risk analyst who set up Rolf and me for annihilation had to have known how far gone I was being kept as she told me I “imagined” all of this.  Including the widening of Olive Ave.  Because obviously, it was impossible to widen without tearing our properties apart!!!  Since records had been altered to match the new layout – they could NOT have any of my reports documented, so they turned the tables and made ME the criminal.

Afer recruiting senior risk analyst, Kerry Trost, to participate in wiping me out a Restraining Order was issued against me – calling me a “liar” and “crazy.”  Even accusing ME of being a “Danger to THEM!”  Because I got away before they finished me off too?  Or because they had been caught.  Senior risk analyst smirked, “You will never prove it.”  My photos had been stolen, others scanned/altered.  All my old documents were missing.  Surrounded by neighbors who were rewarded to participate, all of them claiming no knowledge.

Suddenly it began making sense.  This was being the cross-connected underground utilities – water and gas lines.  Utility theft.  This explained the upcoming fire I was told about – including one of the “planted” tenants attempting to blow the corner building up, then threaten to sue ME.  (Naturally, Mr. Swieso was on hand to “help” with repairs again.)  Another attempt via my central heating/air unit that had been torn apart and rebuilt (rigged) in a manner that would blow things up.  This explained why the structures were rebuilt with such trash – they were going to go down in flames like all the others mentioned in the above link!  No one would know it was set up.

We were setting in the middle of fires and murder cover-ups, of course all my reports were disregarded!!!  Of course Mayor Alan Autry prohibited reports and backed up perjury to deny that any of this took place – including the widening of Olive Ave!!!!

This also explained why the risk analyst sabotaged my homeowners property insurance so there would be no recourse for the massive theft and destruction – called a “liar” that any of this took place.  Jeffry C. Winslow told me that there would be no claim until I had been eliminated – when HE (and Swieso) took the properties over.  No one would know that all the valuable heirlooms and jewelry had been switched with trash – imagine the insurance claim, the one Mr. Winslow said would take place after my elimination – a fire, with insurance paying for construction of a restaurant being planned on these properties!  Including the Laundromat next door, where the owner was never seen after being set up by the same risk analyst!!

Once I reported the clamped, cross-connected underground utilities, the hell ensued to the next round.  The only way to cover up the evidence would be to rectify all the underground utilities, which meant all structures would have to be torn apart again.  The lines down the alley – which is when the water meter behind my house was returned to it’s original location – however, the other tie-in to the garage was not put back.  Walls cut back further as the lines were rectified.  Sidewalks and surrounding cement replaced AGAIN.  Storm drains.  Gas lines.  It was all being rectified, followed by more altered / updated records to match the current layouts.

Mayor Alan Autry successfully pinned me down so the horrors could continue.  As long as I continued being monitored, sabotaged, prohibited from help, restitution or even filing a report, these people were free to continue the horrors – and cover up what was done to my family.  Because if the truth had ever been allowed to be documented – it would be found that this is behind countless others who were victimized in the same manner – including the “unsolved” murders I was not allowed to provide information.

To this day, anything I say is met with being told I am “crazy” or “liar” or I “imagined” all of this.  Really?  But others are not "liars" or "crazy?"  I am the ONLY person being accused of imagining all of this?!?

There are countless witnesses to Olive Ave. being widened – not everyone is dead yet.  They also saw it being done 1 block at a time.  Including my family's properties  properties – during Mayor Autry’s so-called “water infrastructure upgrade.”  Therefore, the underground utilities would be as chopped up as it continued, with code violations as I have been stating all along.  All of this is the evidence behind the risk analyst’s lies regarding the sewage spills / murder of Rolf.  Death and amputations of neighbors also set up for annihilation.  With a trail of this being done to others – naturally, this group wants the evidence altered in order to continue calling me a “liar.”

So all the lines have been rectified in the area – not only beneath these structures, down the alley, but also including down Olive Ave.   More new cement, more altered storm drains, etc.  With the City of Fresno STILL denying the street was widened.  Did they alter all of this in a manner to make it appear that none of this took place - so they can continue denying all of this while pointing the finger to ME of being a “liar” and “crazy?”  With so many witnesses to the truth, they have ultimately MAGNIFIED the operation, lies, and massive amount of effort and money invested into the cover-up. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to handle this discreetly – along with having me sign a gag order as it has been implied done with countless others?

Not accusing, just wondering about all the street lights down Olive Ave.  Wouldn’t they have been removed / altered again?  Is it a coincidence they all shut off?  Blamed on copper wire theft.  The City indicates they will not be repairing them for several more months – no doubt.

I am too far outnumbered to survive this much longer.  Lost my family, my means of survival, everything I owned, even the deed to my house while being set up by the City of Fresno.  A friend is temporarily funding me but the City of Fresno and their group still need me off this final property.  Clearly, I am being set up for the next chapter.

Refused help, I posted online. Kept monitored, City of Fresno responded to my blog with sexual harassment. I took it to another risk analyst, Kevin Watkins, who insisted the City was innocent – he implied that I posted it to MYSELF! (City always blaming and pointing elsewhere.) The ISP verifies exactly where this came from.

RECAP OF LEGAL FRAUD - all in preparation for illegal takeover.

In 1999, immediately after the death of my handicapped uncle, Wilbert Swieso (estate planner) hired me to work for him. At this same time, David Silva was setting up in the office next door to Mr. Swieso.  The title "bankruptcy attorney" was painted on Mr. Silva's door. He and Mr. Swieso were very close.  They attended Estate Planning Council meetings together. They "shared" clients. 

And they conspired in fraudulent legal documents.

Wilbert G. Swieso, CLU, ChFC told me my siblings were planning on destroying me - planning on leaving me homeless.  Over and over he told me to trust him - said he could not have been in business all these decades if he was not an honest man.  He instructed me to do as he said, if I wanted to be safe - I had to put Rolf's estate properties (that were to be divided among my siblings and me) into another Trust.  With Mr. Swieso and Mr. Silva repeatedly assuring me this was legal (which is was NOT), I agreed to do this for a short time - until I got back on my feet.  (I had just spent 14 yrs as a care provider to my father and handicapped uncle.)

Over and over, Mr. Silva asked me if I was in contact with my siblings.  No - ties had been severed.  Not until he was sure of this, did he proceed with the fraudulent legal documents.

I was being administered unknown chemicals at the time - these men set me up for what ensued.  No matter how hard I tried to get help or report what they had done to me - every avenue had been blocked.  I was being treated as the criminal.

Of course they needed me off the properties.  Big plans were underway - plans that began decades earlier.  Plans that verifiy what I reported done to my family, our properties and me.

Not accusing, just wondering ..... the empty office Mr. Silva was occupying - nothing to indicate he was an attorney.  How could it be so bare - he told me he previously shared this office with the other attorneys down the hall.   It was later when I contacted that office down the hall - the receptionist told me no one in that office knew who Mr. Silva was.  I never located 1 attorney who did know who Mr. Silva was.

It was after that time when I reported Mr. Silva for fraudulent legal documents and conspiring with Wilbert Swieso in an alleged real estate theft operation (and more.)  Below is the response:

Mr. Silva knew he had been caught.  He secretly closed his office - absconding with his clients' money and files.

Despite the onslaught of complaints from his other clients who had been abandoned, and the fact Mr. Silva was not responding to CA BAR Assn., his fraud was deemed nothing more than an "accident" with no harm done. 
 

My response.

Mr. Silva was disbarred, however, closing his office allowed Mr. Swieso to avoid being investigated. 
 

As I stated, all I can do is look back.  Such as the time I asked Mr. Silva where he got his clientele - he said they were "referrals."  I never could find anything pertaining to Mr. Silva's legal practice.  Sure, his name is listed in CA BAR Assn. but after all the fraudulent legal documents and ID theft I have discovered throughout this ordeal, I wanted to find something more.  I looked in old telephone directories - nothing.  So I started from the beginning.

Below  - this states Mr. Silva was admitted into the CA BAR Assn. in 1990. Once again - why could I find no listings? 

 

I recall Mr. Silva telling me he had a son with special needs.

I also recall him and Mr. Swieso repeatedly boasting that Mr. Silva was previously employed by FBI but was fired. FBI = anything to do with Farm Bureau International?

Never did find anything showing Mr. Silva being an attorney.  

UPDATE 1/5/2013:  First of all I retract mention of "fake" attorney - I simply never found listings but that does not mean Mr. Silva was not who he claimed to be. 
=====>  CA BAR ASSN. - records indicate Mr. Silva is currently in the process of being reviewed for reinstatement of his license.  His court date is January 18, 2013.  Because I was never allowed to file a legitimate report pertaining to what this man and Mr. Swieso did to me (and what I saw done to others behind the water scam), he may very well succeed.

In 1982 the torch was passed to Wilbert G. Swieso. Where we met at Principal Insurance (then called Bankers Life of Iowa.) Two other employees were recruited to assist him in the annihilations and takeover – both left dead, leaving nothing linking back to Mr. Swieso.

The area had been “planted” with people conspiring in annihilation and takeover of our 3 properties. One by one my family was being eliminated. The last 2 were even denied autopsies, which would have verified the alleged poisoning.

Once Rolf was eliminated, the chemicals continued being administered to me without my knowledge as Wilbert Swieso coerced me into signing fraudulent legal documents by convincing me that my siblings had set out to leave me homeless, so I better do as he said. Instead of dividing the assets, he conspired with his “attorney” in overriding an Irrevocable Trust, appointing HIMSELF, “Successor Trustee” – should anything happen to me. It appears he paid off my siblings for Rolf’s properties as well as my home - I was being set up for elimination.

Totally out of my mind as the chemicals increased, Wilbert Swieso was exploiting me to everyone as “crazy.” Just as I had seen him describe others who ended up dead. That way, no one cared or questioned anything. He enrolled me in a fraudulent Long Term Care policy – in his own handwriting stated I was employed at a water district (his Pension client), appointing himself “Beneficiary” of the life portion.

Earlier posts also describe how the tenants on Rolf’s properties had been “planted” as well. The ongoing hell, destruction and filing of fraudulent lawsuits against me. Regardless they never won in court, on paper I cannot look worse. I described how the same risk analyst who set Rolf and me up for annihilation, also set up Albert, owner of the Laundromat next door. Albert was never seen again. I saw Wilbert Swieso forge the name of Albert’s wife on an insurance application, “You can’t live for the dead.”

I described how one of the tenants had caused damage to the gas line, somehow tangled in the electrical lines before lighting over 100 candles, turning on the gas full blast and leaving the premises. Same time the neighbor on the other side of me moved out of her house for a few months. Said she was moving to GA. After seeing her at her father's house around the corner 3 weeks later I asked him why she lied. He did not know - nor why she moved from her home into an apartment located across town.

THE DECADES OF POISONING AND CONSPIRING AMONG THESE NEIGHBORS HAD FINALLY COME FULL CIRCLE. the underground utilities had been successfully cross-connected - a fire was planned in order to take down all these structures together!

This explains the lies by the risk analyst as the sewage floods continued. Not only was she paid to set us up for annihilation in order to carry out the City of Fresno water scam, she was involved in Wilbert G. Swieso's portion as well. At the time it made no sense how rags from the Laundromat across the alley were coming up my sewer vent; items from the neighbors coming up my 2nd sewer vent. Nor did the explanation for these events make sense - claiming it was due to "negligence in sewer maintenance" when in fact no investigation had ever been made. The lines had been cross-connected. Even as the illnesses and deaths ensued, she simply said, "Not my problem." Because that was the goal - clearing the path. The risk analyst then discarded the 350+/- photos she took - the committed perjury to deny all!

Just as (click ===>) Jeffry C. Winslow told me. All 5 of these structures (our 3 and neighbors on both sides) were going to go down in flames - with Wilbert Swieso ending up owning all. Insurance would pay for the restaurant being planned.

Wilbert Swieso conspired with the property insurance agent, Ron Lamm (DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance) in what was coming. One way or another, Wilbert Swieso was taking over. Fraudulent documents had already been prepared; path cleared; several participants left dead; he was on his way.

How far gone was I kept in order not to see what was being done to Rolf’s properties? Wilbert / City of Fresno did not even wait until he died before tearing into his properties. Using the risk analyst to lie to me while having me bled of thousand$ for ongoing "repairs." Even 2 new central heating/air units (5,000) switched with trash behind my back. Money needed for Rolf's medical care was being poured into this nightmare - I finally mortgaged my home to continue paying all of this. I tried so hard to keep things together - including the properties, which would later be divided among my siblings and me. Behind my back, other plans were being made - including the elimination of Rolf and me. Once Rolf died, my house (next door) was next on the menu. Ongoing poison, taken out of town, kept sick as hell.

This is why the structures were built with such trash. Contents stolen/switched with trash. Risk analyst sabotaged my homeowner's property insurance claim so there would be no report, evidence, help or recourse. As I have said all along, it was not expected I would still be alive.

Alan Autry backed up perjury to deny what took place on these properties - annihilations, illegal takeover (more fraud not mentioned here), major reconstruction, street widening, much more. He made sure that none of my pleas for help were addressed nor reports documented. He had me stripped of all human/civil rights as he and his mob seized control.

I could still hear my water lines being used by the neighbors – just as I did for decades. The difference was that I was no longer being poisoned. These properties had not only been rebuilt on top of the City’s secretly-replaced water system – they had been rebuilt on top of what Wilbert Swieso and these neighbors had plotted in for decades – cross-connecting the underground utilities!

I began exposing this information near the time the widow (husband died after the sewage spills) lost her home in foreclosure.

THAT IS WHY ROUND 2 TOOK PLACE – SHE MOVED HER NEPHEW ETAL INTO THAT HOUSE AND THE NEXT ROUND OF HELL ENSUED!
