Mr. Winslow and Mr. Swieso conspired with the city risk analyst in burglary, fraud with intent to eliminate my family as well as eliminate my neighbor/s, to seize control/ownership of our properties in order to alter the sewer and water lines. A nightmare that entailed deliberate and intentional exposure to toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage, death, illness, poisoning, hospitalization, massive destruction and loss of properties, fraudulent and forged legal documents, suspected homicide and more.
Despite city records and photographs verifying the altered/replaced sewer/water lines, sewer manholes, sewer vents and water meter, which required significant alterations to connecting structures, done without authorization, permits or inspections, the City and County of Fresno have refused to address the issue with anything more than lies, threats, name-calling and perjury. Because this is how property is being vacated in order to secretly divert our water source - annihilation and elimination of residents.
The city risk analyst, along with her 2 associates, demonstrated one of the most heinous and barbaric operations imagineable. To begin with, this is a risk analyst who does not give victims a chance to protect themselves or property from the deliberate onslaught of toxic waste; instead, she shows up after the events, blatantly lying about the cause. She conspires with the property insurance agent, assuming full responsibility for damages, then tells her victim that until her "release for clean-up" is signed - there will be no clean-up. She takes countless photographs of items that will be stolen/switched with trash, from antennas on the roof to doors/windows, fireplace flues, toilets, flooring, central heat/air, rain gutters, more. Then uses her "release" as her ticket on non-responsibility for the massive theft, vandalism, destruction, etc. As if anyone would sign a release to have their home stripped, torn apart and shoddily patched back together. Never expecting me to still be here, the woman did not have 1 picture of the reason she claimed to be coming out. Not 1 picture of damages. Out of 250+/- photographs taken, she claimed to have only 14+/-. Half of those were taken next door!
Mr. Swieso is an insurance agent and former employee of the City of Fresno. During the 25 yrs I knew him (even employed on 2 occasions) I saw the same pattern - sewage back spills following his offers to clients of "help with home repairs" - often times followed by forged insurance applications and altered legal documents as he cited his motto: "You can't live for the dead." With intentions of taking possession of my family's properties, he conspired with his attorney in preparation of fraudulent legal documents, appointing himself, "Successor Trustee" of my family's properties. Done while I was being administered unknown chemicals. He even enrolled me in a fraudulent life insurance policy, in his own handwriting stating I worked for someone else out of town, appointing himself "beneficiary."
Mr. Winslow talks of being a, "people watcher" i.e., hidden cameras. Used on me while I was being poisoned and turned into a nightmare. Distributed to all, which served to clear the path for what ensued. This is a man who boasts of secretly filming and robbing guests at his resort - he talks of "gassing through vents" at motels, which allows for burglary and violating people.
Not only did Mr. Winlsow tell me he intended on taking my family's properties over - he said he would be taking the Laundromat next door as well, while I was scheduled to meet his former wife and the others, "IN ANOTHER WORLD." His former wife has not been seen in years - signatures on deeds verified as forged. Isn't it interesting that the city risk analyst, who conspired in annihilating my family in order to run us off our properties, was the last person seen speaking to the owner of the Laundromat - lying about the cause of sewage spills. Not only does the signature on the new deed look like the one I saw Mr. Swieso forge on an insurance application, the new owner of the Laundromat lives next door to Mr. Winslow!
So if you think it is bad enough that a man like this would be allowed to continue running a resort in the mountains, despite reports of being a danger to the public, this goes from bad to worse. As you will see in the first link, my family was not the first to be targeted by this man. With his talk of hidden cameras and "gassing through vents" in motels, I cannot begin to imagine what this man's involvement with the new casino might be.
